Vistag Signing is a notary and signing service, not a law firm. Notaries are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice, prepare legal documents, or explain the legal effect of any document.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a booking until a notary confirms the appointment. Signers must present valid, government-issued identification.

Notaries using the platform are responsible for maintaining an active commission and complying with the laws of their state.
